Kerala is known as the birthplace of Ayurveda, with over 3,000 years of continuous tradition. The state's equable climate, abundant medicinal plants, and monsoons create ideal conditions for healing and rejuvenation. Additionally, Kerala offers a rich cultural heritage with classical arts, serene backwaters, and lush tropical landscapes that enhance the wellness experience.
Ayurveda is India's ancient system of natural medicine, focusing on holistic healing through diet, herbal treatments, and lifestyle adjustments. Yoga is a spiritual practice that includes physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation. At our retreat, we integrate both disciplines – Ayurveda works on the body's healing while yoga addresses the mind and spirit, creating a complete wellness experience.

When administered by qualified practitioners (as at our retreat), Ayurvedic treatments are generally very safe. Some treatments may cause temporary reactions as the body detoxifies, which our experts will monitor and manage throughout your program.
Yes, we require a health questionnaire as part of your booking. Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or health concerns.
